Main duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations; the Branch Manager will head the Branch and be directly accountable for business development, branch operations, client acquisition, revenue generation and retail management.
Qualification & Experience:
University Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration. Postgraduate Degree or Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Conversant with Bank of Tanzania rules and regulations.
Excellent banking knowledge of at least 3 years in a similar position, communication skills and ability to manage .and. motivate staff to achieves targets and goals.
Must be between 30 - 40 years of age.
