- Will be required to work on a shift basis i.e. Morning Shift 8:00 – 5:30 pm and Night Shift 5:45 – 8:00 am
- Should be a university graduate with engineering background
- Will report to the Head of Production
- Should be target oriented as their performance will be measured by level of production, Efficiency and reduction of waste
- Must have manufacturing background
- Will be in charge of at least 150 casual staff
- Should have 3 – 4 years experience
- 25 – 30 years
- Salary range - 80,000 max
