Must be at least 35yrs and above.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 yrs experience, a degree in agriculture or related field. He or she must be able to work without supervision, be people-oriented, open-minded and have a passion for farming in general but coffee in particular.
The candidate must be able to work tirelessly under a workaholic boss. He/she must be computer literate. Must be willing to work with a diverse group of people, team oriented and flexible.
Must be willing to live in Kiambu.
