The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of achieving high sales targets.

- Sell IT solutions (ERP/ Financial Management Systems/ HR/Payroll systems, CRM etc
- Activate and carry out the sales process
- Maintain customer database of prospective clients and key decision makers
- Generate sales leads from target market & technology events
- Bid preparation
- Collect outstanding payments
- Provide sales reports
- Perform email campaigns and other sales activities
- Provide direct and regular reporting to the General Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate Degree
- 2+ years experience in IT Solutions sales, eg Financial Management Systems, ERP, HR, Payroll, Sacco etc.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan Market
- Strong knowledge of software solutions of Microsoft, Oracle, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated.
