Farm Manager Job

An upcoming farm is seeking to recruit a young & highly motivated person to fill in the vacancy of a farm Manager.

The person

The ideal candidate must have:

• Diploma education
• At least 2 years experience in both aquaculture
• Highly developed numeracy and computer literacy skills
• Proficient in English and Kiswahili
• Ability to work as a team and deliver on commitments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to adapt to a harsh environment (site of bush)
• Driving license- minimum four years
• The ability to be self driven and motivated while remaining energetic and positive in outlook to overcome challenges and seeing things through to completion
