Uchumi Supermarkets Ltd, a leading and fast growing FMCG company with a well established brand in the region is looking for the above to manage various retail branches.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role holders will be responsible for management and operations to ensure all business processes and standards are strategically met.
Key result areas include customer service, sales, business development, stocking, hygiene and effective team leadership.
The ideal candidate must be results oriented, entrepreneurial and a mature team player with the following minimum qualifications and attributes:

- A degree in a business related discipline from a recognized University.
- 2 years work experience in a FMCG environment and a very clean past record.
- A good understanding of the retail industry.
- Good communication, analytical, negotiation and people management skills.
