Marketing Executive (Retail Representative) Job in Kenya

We are a leading Marketing Company in Kenya.

We require to fill the position of a Marketing Executive/Retail Representative

Purpose of the Job:

To maximize the clients business and market share at assigned POS through closer relationship with retailers, better intelligence and execution of clients promotional activities, investments and support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationship with retailers
• Support Retailers in driving sell-out
• Train retail staff and subordinates
• Deliver and ensure compliance on clients investments and support elements at POS
• Assist in expanding the clients' coverage.
• Collect and report Market Intelligence

Candidates Profile:

• Posses the necessary field sales or marketing experience(2 years experience).
• Can demonstrate a hunger for the role and a desire to work in a marketing industry.

• are presentable, personable, articulate
• are MIS literate to a reasonable level
• Possess local area and regional knowledge
• can converse well in English and local dialects
• are determined self starters
