Symphony Kenya Sales Support Consultant Vacancy

The Organisation

Symphony is a large and well-established IT company in East Africa involved in the delivery of IT solutions to businesses and governments in areas of IT Consultancy, IT Training & IT Education, IT Business Solutions, IT Infrastructure Solutions(hardware, software & Networking, UPSs etc), and Maintenance Services.

Symphony is looking to recruit a Sales Support Consultant to join its dynamic team.

The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager (Regional), the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Management of the named accounts/territories to achieve targeted sales revenues.
  • Preparation of effective proposals.
  • Negotiation of successful closures and being responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales target as required
  • Co-ordination of Regional Business Development.
Education and Experience

The selected candidates will have the following attributes.
  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized university
  • Five years of successful selling tract records in similar position in any leading IT company
  • Possess outstanding selling, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Be meticulous and capable of thorough follow-up
  • Ability to multi task among various projects/assignments
Personal Attributes
  • Demonstrates leadership and initiative in successfully driving services sales in accounts prospecting.
  • Negotiating and Closing deals
  • Proven track record of established professional relationships
  • Excellent presentation, influencing and time management skills
  • Skilled in Making detailed proposals.
