The Position
The Product Technical Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and pre-sales of the IBM products and services
- Maintain and develop a sales plan and strategy for the target market to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Set sales budgets and sales targets and quota
- Provides timely feedback to Senior Manager regarding customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide pre-sales support to other teams.
Education and Experience
- University degree in Computer Science or IT
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience
- Sound knowledge in sales management, especially consultative selling
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication skills
