Location: Magugu - Babati
Purpose of the position:
To provide National Leadership, coordination and technical support on Child protection and child focused programming and ensure that 'IN partnership standards of Child Protection Policy are applied to all programmes and processes to reduce risk to children in communities through the development and implementation of qualitative child protection with awareness rising in Child Participation, Protection, Survival and Development
Duties & responsibilities:
Proviqe support in developing and implementing effective programme which reflects VNT focus and strategies
Facilitate/sensitize community to participate actively in construction of Water supply project work by encouraging community contributions In cashlkind and labour.
Facilitate and supervise training, seminars and workshop to the community members.
Monitor the implementation activities ensuring day to day quality and quantity control of the works at site.
Facilitate prompt solution to the problems to implementation at site through higher authorities at the Magugu ADP, Zonal and National Offices and
Babati District Authorities at the project area.
To attend site meetings aimed at addressing the progress of implementation of the project. Providing continuous liaison with the Zonal and National Offices and Babati District Authorities.
Design, and Supervise Construction of Water Supply Systems, Management reports and budgets, Ability to write reports that conform to WVT standards and formats.
Knowledge skills & abilities required:
Bachelor degree / Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized and accredited University. At least two years working experience in the field.
