RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Marketing and attracting potential ,business loan clients
• Conducting on-site business and risk assessment of loan applicants
• Preparing loan proposals and presenting them in a credit committee
• Loan monitoring and recovery.

QUALFICATIONS:
• Education: Good Form Six leavers with good mathematical skills, diploma holders or Graduates Experience: No prior work experience required. Prior banking/microfinance experience or working experience in micro and small enterprises (as an employee or an entrepreneur) may be an advantage
• Computer literacy: Basic command of standard office applications.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kiswahili
