FMP facilitators

AFORD is looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of FMP facilitators.

Desirable Qualities
1. Comfortable and confident discussing sexuality issues
2. Speaks English fluently
3. Speaks Kiswahili as the local language
4. Familiar with the community (e.g. lives in the Embakasi constituency or has previously worked with families in Embakasi community)
5. Possess at least a diploma in a related field
6. Has prior experience in child and adolescent development, parent-child communication, child rearing, and /or HIV prevention.
7. Has children in the related target age range or older, or has experience working with pre-teens.
8. Enthusiastic about facilitating FMP
