Faida Mali has a social mission of "Empowering women and men in rural Tanzania to access markets through capacity building of community based organizations and the implementation of market linkage approaches in order to increase income and create employment opportunities in rural areas: Faida Mali is a lively and fast growing organisation that is (inter) nationally recognnised as an important player in linking farmers to markets.

Job Purpose:
Ensure the delivery of high quality consultancy services to clients and to improve and sustain the Market Linkage approach of Faida Mali.
Entry requirements:
A Masters degree in Agriculture, business management, economics, or related field; or a Bachelors degree in one of these fields plus advanced specialised training relevant to the field of agribusiness development. Wide experience in training and consultancy in Market Linkages and rural development is essential.
