1. Managers - Hotel Management Diploma from Utalii or equivalent and  3 yrs

experience.

2. Supervisors-Advanced Diploma in F&B from Utalii or equivalent and two year experience.
3. Chefs- A certificate from Utalii or its equivalent and 5 years experience.
4. Cooks-Utalii Food production Certificate.
5. Waiters/Waitress Basic service /diploma course and two years experience in a busy restaurant
