- Manages activity in accordance with approved plans, established engineering practices, and industry standards.
- He/she will be responsible for fostering a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and good corporate governance in the Factory.
- He/she will be responsible for planning, coordinating and organizing material and Human Resources of the Factory and maintaining relations with customers and clients.
- He/She will also be responsible for the execution of commercial contracts and ensuring that the facility operates within the approved budgetary provisions.
- Ensures Compliance with Environment Safety and Health, Quality Assurance, and Occupational Safety and Health Act requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying from a recognized University. MBA will be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years relevant experience.
- Registered with a relevant professional body.
- Must be an effective communicator with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must be Computer literate
- Analytical Skills, Financial Skills, Negotiation Skills and People Skills.
