Background Information
Kwiminia Community Based Organization (CBO) was established in 2006 with aim of addressing environmental issues and poverty in Kisau division.
Kwiminia C.B.O has been implementing a project known as Kisua/Kiteta Environmental Management Initiative (KEMI) Project since 2008.
The project has two components: community based environmental management support and poverty reduction initiatives in two selected locations of Waia and Kiteta.
We are seeking services a Consultant to undertake for us end of project evaluation
Scope of the Assignment
The consultant will:

Scope of the Assignment
The consultant will:
- Develop tools for the M&E Task
- Facilitate stakeholders meetings for the exercise
- Collect and Collate data
- Assist in the development of an exit strategy
- Present a comprehensive report within 10 days from the time this exercise is conducted
Expected Results
- M&E tools developed
- Forums for the M&E data collection
- Data collected collated, analyzed, disseminated and stored
- Reports on stakeholders meeting and other avenues through which the data will have received from
- A quality end of project M&E report developed and presented to KWIMINIA
Knowledge Skills and qualification:
The applicants for the above assignment MUST possess the following qualifications:

- Masters degree in project management or any other relevant masters in social sciences
- Minimum of 10 years experience carrying out evaluations in CBO’s/NGO’s
- Knowledge in project evaluation, review and effective
Requirements
- Provide detailed company profile.
- Must provide a copy of certificate of registration / incorporation
- Must provide a copy of valid KRA Tax compliance Certificate
- Provide a detailed budget for the assignment and outlay of work plan
- Two reference letters of contracts done in the last 3 years shall be an added advantage
