Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling all human resource and administrative matters within established polices, rules and regulations including:
- Supervising and guiding staff working under him / her.
- Industrial relations, discipline, establishment control, staff welfare, payroll administration, staff training and development and succession management.
- Responsible for Board assets.
- Must posses a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized institution and either a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management or CPS(K)
- Must have at least three (3) years experience in a similar or comparable position in a reputable organization
- Be computer literate
