Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of finance and with the support of the Administration Officer oversee the administrative matters in the Organization.
Key qualifications include but not limited to the following:
- First degree in accounting and with CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Four (4) years working experience in Finance in the public sector.
- Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting systems
- Strong, diplomatic, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a member of ICPAK in good standing.

The Senior Accountant will be in charge of the accounting function in the Finance Department and will report to the Finance Manager.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all financial resources are sourced and acquired, disbursed, prudently invested, fully accounted for and reported efficiently.
Key Qualifications are:
- A first degree in accounting or finance from a recognized University
- CPAK or equivalent professional qualification in accounting
- Have a least 3 years post qualification experience gained from working with a reputable organization in public and private sector.
- Good understanding and experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management including management of donor and decentralized funds.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Exposure to computerized financial systems and experience in public sector accounting
- A member of ICPAK in good standing.
- Honesty, integrity and creativity are a must
- Demonstrated leadership experience.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Accountant is responsible for ensuring professional management of the accounting activities within the organization.
Key Qualifications are:
- A first degree in accounting or finance from a recognized University.
- CPA qualification of at least Section IV
- Have a least 3 years experience gained working with a reputable organization in public or private sector
- Good understanding and experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management including management of donor funds.
- Ability to meet strict deadline
- Exposure to computerized financial systems and experience in public sector financial management.

The Senior Research Officer will head the Research and Development Unit and report to the Chief Executive Officer.
The position will oversee the delivery of research projects which contribute to the formulation of evidence based youth economic empowerment policies and delivery of the Board’s business strategy and plans.
Key qualifications are:
- First degree in relevant field, a Masters degree will be added advantage
- At least 3 years working experience gained in a post that includes research, information gathering, and analysis and policy development.
- Practical experience and skills in research design, methodology and implementation
- Ability to analyze and evaluate information from a wide variety of sources and present it in a usable format to a variety of audiences.
- Experience in policy development, drafting of discussion and policy papers.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills in dealing with people at all levels.
- Understanding of government programs and policies particularly relating to youth/or other disadvantage groups.

Reporting to Audit Manager, The Senior Internal Auditor will ensure that the organization’s systems and processes are efficient and all the company regulations are adhered to on a continuous basis.
S/he will ensure that the organization’s network of risk management, control and governance processes as designed and represented are adequate and functioning in the desired manner.
Key Qualifications are:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or Finance and fully qualified professional accountant with CPA (K) or equivalent.
- Membership to a professional body will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years implementing audit plans and programs with a least 1 year in a senior role.
- Experience in conducting and supervising both financial and management audits and the ability to audit computerized, operational, financial and accounting systems will be required.

Reporting to the Public Relations Manager you will play a key role in the researching, planning, developing and implementing PR strategies of the Organization.
Key qualifications are:
- A Bachelors degree or higher diploma in Public Relations
- High level of computer literacy
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Kiswahili
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven experience of relationship management with stakeholders.
- In addition the person must demonstrate initiative, a passion for working with the youth and a belief in them.
- Able work with minimum supervision.
