Market research manager

Purpose of the job
To support the Divisional Knowledge & Insights Manager to provide the Business Unit with leading edge consumer insights, research processes and tools that facilitate decision-making against business needs.

The ideal candidate will also support the Brand Marketing team in application of the Research Process.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Ensure research briefs submitted by the brand team are in line with agreed standards
* Drive Research Process with Research Houses
* Analyse and interpret results to deliver business case needs
* Maintain brand knowledge base
* Compile data for ad hoc requests
* Prepare reports/presentations of research results by efficiently communicating critical learning’s, consumer insights and conclusions in order to provide actionable recommendations to audience
* Manage the Research Budget
* Ideally a candidate who has experience in data manipulation and interpreting data.

Required Experience

* 2-3 years job experience in a Research Agency or FMCG industry.
