It is registered in Kenya as an international NGO where it has its headquarters. ANPPCAN has observer status with the African Union (AU) and the African Commission on Human and Peoples Rights based in Banjul, Gambia.

Qualifications
- A University Degree in Social Sciences preferably in Social Work
- At least 2 year working experience on children related issues
- Post graduate studies is an added advantage
- Self driven individual and eager to learn
- Inclination to team playing and mentoring others
- Demonstration of leadership in a previous learning institution
- 28 – 35 years
