Nature and Scope of the Position
- The position reports to the Technical Manager.
 
- Selling of various service contracts to Xerox customer.
 - Send appraisal reports to customer periodically.
 - Working with the technical team to transition the old MIF.
 - Working with helpdesk to ensure that all customer queries are resolved.
 - Conducting period customer survey to customer experience with our service.
 - Owning a revenue target in contract and transition of the old MIF.
 - Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products.
 - Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
 - To undertake other duties as and when requested.
