- Roads/Civil Engineer: 2 posts – must have worked in roads construction project for a minimum of five (5) years
- Grader operator: Necessary license – 2 posts
- Loader operator: Necessary license
- Bulldozer operator: Necessary license
- Heavy Plant Mechanics: – 2 posts – Necessary license
