ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN/DRAUGHTSMAN URGENTLY NEEDED

Key qualifications:

. Candidate needs at least the following -

1              Architectural Technician diploma from a well recognized college or University

2              Can be a newly graduated applicant

3              Proficient with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD,

4              Proficient with the production of Architectural Detailing to Industry construction standards

5              Proficient with the creation of 3D CAD architectural modeling to Architects and Designers specifications

6              A willingness to learn new skills quickly and an open mind to new ideas

7              Good to exceptional English language skills

8              A personable and energetic personality

9              Candidate must be able to work from a small office environment in Mukoma Estate, Langata, Nairobi

Personal Attributes:

·         Honest, Reliable and Self Driven.

·         Good command in written English

·         Able to work for a long hours

Salary: 

A net salary for the above position from Kshs 30,000 to 75,000 depending on experience and qualifications
