Currently we are recruiting for the position of a Log Construction Assistant in IFO/Dadaab.

Currently we are recruiting for the position of a Log Construction Assistant in IFO/Dadaab.
Main duties include:
- Assists of conception, evaluation & realization of the construction works, MSF will do in IFO & Ijaara
- Assists with the supervision of the work on the sites
- Responsible for the elaboration of plans/ drawings, the calculations of bills of quantities, budget, quotations etc.
- Monitoring of quality of work & materials
- Responsible for procurement
- Perform duties after hours and in the weekends and execute all tasks delegated by the Log Constructor
Required skills:
- University degree in civil engineering or similar qualification
- Experience with tender processes .construction projects and site supervision (with contractors)
- Experience Proven organisation, planning, coordination skills
- Good knowledge of IT (Excel, Words, Auto card etc.)
- Experience in staff management & the management of resources (materials, tools, etc.)
- Awareness of quality, responsibility & reliability
- Diplomatic & good negotiation skills
