Karama Lodge in Arusha is specialized in Thai cuisine. We are looking for an experienced Thai chef for our small-sized boutique restaurant for 40 guests. He or she has to have several years of work experience in hotel or restaurant and be a leader who can direct the work to his team members in a professional yet diplomatic way. The ideal candidate has knowledge of training, communication/PR and organization of a kitchen.
