Operations Manager for Deposit Taking Microfinance

We are a local MFI poised to launch a Nationwide Deposit Taking operations under the Microfinance Act and are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the post of Operations Manager at Head Office.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field from a recognized university
• A Masters Degree and/or Diploma in Microfinance or Banking will be an added advantage

Work Experience:

• At least seven years in a commercial bank
• Been involved in developing operations structures
• Cash/Treasury management
• Credit Risk management
• Age: 33 – 38 years.
