Food and Beverage Manager

Looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience with a POS (Point of Sales) restaurant and bar system is a plus. Must be able to perform the following duties:

•Ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant & Bar.
•Organizing & Managing events, such as an every Saturday Beach Party & the very well known Full Moon Party once a month.
•Stock control done daily- Bar stock as well as cutlery & crockery.
•The correct & sufficient stock in the Restaurant & Bar at all times, including that on Full Moon Part & Beach Party.
•Ordering & buying the necessary stock needed for the business
•The quality of the food & drinks, presentation is of utmost importance.
•Cleanliness of the Restaurant, Bar & the grounds.
•Managing the Cashiers, Waiters, Barmen, Beach Cleaners & Security.
•Ensure all maintaince issues are resolved by the correct personal.
•Ensure smooth running of the internet café.
•Train Staff on a daily basis regarding service, beverages & explaining the menus.
•Check the daily cash ups.
•Address all guest relations that concern Food & Beverage.
•Generate financial reports on a monthly basis & report the figures to the director.
•Ensure all staff accountability as well as creating all staff work schedules.
