DAI, an international consulting firm based in the United States, is currently accepting applications from senior and mid-level candidates for long-term positions for an anticipated Financial Inclusion for Rural Microenterprises program in Kenya.
This will include technical and/or financial assistance to help improve productivity and growth of agricultural and off-farm value chains through expanded financial services access to underserved groups
Areas of expertise sought include:
- Rural and Agriculture Financial Product Development
- Contracts and Grants Management
- Development of private sector linkages, alliances, and public-private partnerships
- Finance and Administration of donor-funded programs
- Experience with gender, youth
- Experience with ICT and finance, and clean energy technologies
Requirements:
- Advanced Degree
- Experience with USAID or US government programs
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills – both written and oral
- Fluency in English required
- Experience in working with women and youth preferred
