Main Duties:
- Identifying and researching prospective clients.
- Launching and overseeing marketing activities.
- Meeting and showing prospective clients around the facilities.
- Drawing up marketing plans, segmentation analysis, targeting, etc.
- Initiating client relationship management activities to enhance loyalty
- Advocating a positive client experience: demonstrating proactive problem solving, investigating complaints and acting on feedback
- Facilitating the booking of the facilities and Lodge accommodation.
- Identifying and initiating process improvements
Essential Qualifications
- Professional qualification preferably in marketing or hospitality
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Professional communication skills - verbal & written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows Explorer, databases, internet and email)
Salary Expectation: 25K – 35K plus Commissions.
