Digital Dialogue Corporation, the owner of Kenya's fastest growing property website is looking for individuals who are interested to work as Contract Sales Executives across major towns in Kenya. We are particularly keen to engage people in the following towns:
- Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Nyeri, Garissa, Malindi, Thika, Athi River, Ngong, Naivasha, Nanyuki, Ruiru, Juja, Embu,Meru, Machakos, Murang'a
Responsibilities:
• Identify sales opportunities for new properties and up-sell to existing clients
• Prospect and secure for new properties via phone, sms and face to face meetings
• Produce weekly sales report
• Attend local or regional property events
• Identify local spaces where myproperty website can be promoted eg. community noticeboards, local cybercafes
• Maintain a database of local property agents and brokers

• Proactive, energetic, tenacious and motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the local environment
• Real estate/Property experience is a plus - but is not critical
• Must be self driven and able to work without close supervision
