- Holder of Diploma in Hair Dressing and Beauty from an accredited institution
- High School Certificate C+ and above
- 3 years relevant working experience
- Observation skills to gauge performance of different formulations against key set parameters.
- Analytical skills (especially Microsoft excel) to compile and analyze data from questionnaires.
- Public speaking etiquette, confidence and articulation
- Accountability for resources allocated to carry out the events ( monetary & material)
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of Haircare and how Haircare products technically work with hair to produce desired results.
- Extensive knowledge of Hair care products in the market, their propositions, merits and demerits
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of Hair care and how Hair care products technically work with hair to produce desired results.
- Ability to align self with our Core Values of Courage, Accountability, Networking, Drive and Oneness.
