Job description (please include extensive details):
§ Translating a client’s marketing or informational content into a functional website.
§ Mapping or outlining a website’s structural content.
§ Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.
§ Determining all coding requirements for site creation including: e-commerce capability, forms and specialized scripts.
§ Creating templates of approved website layout.
§ Coding website using HTML, or GUI design software.
§ Coordinating with programmers for specialized scripts.
§ Creating verbal content for the website or using approved content from the client.
§ Integrating verbal content with site design for final product.
§ Posting completed site to internet server using FTP software.
§ Making changes to the site directed by client.
§ Submitting completed site to search engines.
§ Working with Project Managers and content team to ensure products are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
GRAPHICS DESIGNER ( 1)
We are looking for a talented graphic designer who has strong art/design skills and is HTML fluent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to designing and producing a wide range of print and web site graphics, including banners, landing pages, HTML emails, flyers, catalogs and overall front end development of websites.
Ideal candidate:
First and foremost, a good overall eye for design. The ideal candidate will be degree educated or have some formal training in traditional or graphics design, and previous commercial experience working in a similar role. Experience with both graphic design for print and on-line web design for marketing related activities such as splash pages, Banners & Ad inventory would be ideal.
This role will suit someone who is looking for a fresh and exciting challenge as a graphics designer within a very successful and growing development team.

- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is expected.
- Strong art/design skills.
- Portfolio that displays an understanding of user-centered design (on-line portfolio preferred).
- Skills to recognize necessary and extraneous elements in web design.
- Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS, with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Designing and producing a wide range of print and web site graphics, including banners, landing pages, HTML emails, flyers, catalogs, etc.
- Working closely with Marketing Team by designing the look and feel of newsletters, flyers, brochures, catalogs, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining consistency of design and brand identity across all websites and interactive design projects.
- Traffic and manage jobs from inception through completion; maintain interim project deadlines and accurately estimate and manage time independently.
- Estimate project effort required.
- Contribute to the navigational, interface, and motion treatment design for a project.
- Overall front end development of websites.
- Create and present effective design solutions.
- Excellent layout and typography skills.
SALES EXECUTIVES.
Duties and Responsibilitites.
The incumbent will be responsible for the following.
- Sales generation for Web solutions
- Undertake the implementation of marketing promotions and campaigns
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
- Forging and maintaining relationships with new & existing retail fronts.
- Proposing and Presenting internet and or web based solutions to customers
Requirements and Skills
§ Previous sales experience ( at least 1 year) is a must.
§ At least a foundation certificate in an IT-Related training. Must be computer literate with MS Office products. Excellent Computer Skills.
§ Excellent writing and communication skills.
§ Ability to make presentations.
§ Working knowledge of Internet marketing strategies.
§ A proven, demonstrable track record of success in business development and sales management.
§ Selling experience into electronic commerce (e-commerce) services, ICT services and or software applications
§ A self-motivated attribute and ability to work with minimal supervision.
§ Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
