Unit Chef

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day kitchen operations of any one of the outlets ensuring high standards of food and beverage production;
- Maintaining proper food handling and storage procedures;
- Schedule staff and oversee production to ensure adequate coverage of the kitchen while maintaining labour and food costs within mutually agreed upon budget objectives
- Be responsible for ordering all food and related supplies from approved suppliers, consistent with Company procedures and Departmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts
- Meets daily production needs and ensures the kitchen is running smoothly, maintains high health, safety and sanitation standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Food production from Utalii College or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
- Excellent planning and coordinating skills.
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant business
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
- Involved in motivating and developing team members and enforce workplace procedures to ensure desired skill levels
- Manages the restaurant service, focusing on regular contact with our guests
- Strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventory, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
- Implement operational standards in the restaurant and that ensure brand integrity is maintained.
- Handle finances of the restaurant during shifts, including floats and banking.
- Conducts regular spot checks in all service and counter areas
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in hospitality from a reputable institution (Utalii or a reputable University)
- 3 years working experience preferably in a quality restaurant establishment
- Customer service training is an added advantage
- Must be confident with strong communication skills and be able to utilize those skills in a multi-cultural environment.

Senior Accountant
Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the fixed asset ledger
- Supervise and ensure completeness of data transfers from stock to accounting systems
- General ledger management under SUN system
- Review of daily trading reports, especially cost of sales
- Accounting for imports
- Other supervisory roles delegated by the Financial Accountant
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Accountant with CPA(II) and above or its equivalent
- Bachelor of Commerce degree, or its equivalent from a recognized university
- Good understanding of financial accounting including best accounting practices
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Hands on Knowledge and skills in using MC and SUN systems will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in advanced MS Office and accounting packages
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of Integrity and accuracy
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
