• Must have served 3 yrs as a Senior Secretary I

Academic qualifications

• ‘O’ level C or Division 3 in Form Four

Professional qualifications

• E.A.C.E Division III or K.C.S.E C-
• CPS II or CPA II
• Not less than 3yrs at the Grade of Market Inspector II
• Must have attended a Supervisory Course at any Government Training Institution.
