- Agricultural Practices while achieving the set performance and quality targets.
The Ideal Candidate should be a holder of a degree/Diploma in Agriculture and related fields:
In addition the candidate should have the following;

- Should be flexible and willing to work in any part of the Country
- Should have strong interpersonal skills
- Should have a valid driving/riding license
- At least 4 yrs experience in a busy horticultural environment
- Experience in community based schemes will be an added advantage
