RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - LIABILITIES

The Relationship Manager – Liabilities will be responsible for generation of capital for the business as well as management portfolio monitoring for risk profiling and advisory while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure and operating within the governing legal framework.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the incumbent shall be responsible for the following:-
- Ensure competitive borrowing for maximum profitability
- Identification of opportunities to cross sell company liabilities to ensure the company benefits from cheap borrowing.
- Judicious alignment of borrowing vis a vis lending time frame for optimum returns.
- Diversify the structure of borrowing to an optimal capital mix for competitive advantage.
- Ensure maintenance of updated Relationship File
- Business Performance Portfolio Management
- Ability to generate policies and procedures governing management of company liabilities
The Requirements:
- Holder of a business related University degree;
- Must possess exceptional understanding of Financial Markets and financial analysis tools, legal aspects governing raising of capital and risk assessment procedures
- At least three (3) years experience in raising capital and knowledge of liability products
- Proven analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible to extensive local and international business travel
- Good negotiation and influential Skills
- Self driven individual who is honest and has an exceptional performance record
- Knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund and Insurance is an added advantage
