Hennessis 3 Star Hotel Vacancies

The Hennessis is a new 3 Star Hotel opening soon in Ngara, off Limuru Rd.
We are looking to recruit suitably qualified staff who are performance driven and customer focused for the following positions:

Senior Management

1. General Manager
2. Food & Beverage Manager
3. House keeping Manager
4. Reservations Manager
5. Human Resource Manager
6. Business Development Manager
7. Chief Accountant
8. Restaurant Manager
9. Night Manager

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Degree/Diploma level qualifications in a relevant field
• Post graduate qualifications in specialist area.
• More than five years experience in the relevant field, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage

Supervisory Staff

1. Executive Assistant
2. Chef
3. Chief Cashier
4. Night Auditor
5. Food & Beverage Supervisor
6. Housekeeping Supervisor
7. Sales & Marketing Assistant
8. Human Resource Assistant
9. Storekeeper
10. Food & Beverage Controllers
11. Front Office / Reservations Assistants
12. Maintenance Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Degree / Diploma qualifications in a relevant field
• At least Three years experience in the relevant field, preferably within the hospitality industry

Other Personnel

1. Cashiers
2. Barmen
3. Cooks
4. Room stewards
5. Porter
6. Assistant Storekeeper
7. Waiters
8. Public Area Cleaners
9. Staff Cook.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma / certificate qualifications in a relevant field
• At least Two years experience in a similar position
