Githunguri Dairy and Community Sacco Vacancies in Kenya

Githunguri Dairy and Community Sacco Ltd is a well established and fast growing Institution offering financial services to its members with an aim of improving their economic wellbeing. We are based at Githunguri Town and we have two branches within the greater Kiambu District.
Vacancies are hereby announced for the following positions: -
1. Branch Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for monitoring and facilitating smooth daily
operations of the branch.
He/she should have the following minimum qualifications: -

• Holder of diploma in Co-operative management or banking.
• Must be computer literate.
• Mean grade of B plain in K.C.S.E.
• Minimum working experience of 3 years in a similar Organization.
• Must be at least 30 – 40 years of age.
• A degree in a business related field will be an added advantage.

2. Assistant Marketing Officer
Reporting to the Marketing officer, he/she will be assisting the Marketing officer in provision of marketing strategies and field Sacco promotion.
He/she must have the following minimum qualifications: -

• Holder of diploma in sales & marketing.
• Must be computer literate.
• Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E.
• Must have a minimum experience of 2 years in a similar Organization.
• Must be at least 25 -35 years of age.
• Diploma in Co-operative Management and/or public relations will be an added advantage.

3. Assistant Loan Officer
The officer will be reporting to the Loan Officer and will be responsible for assisting the Loan officer in daily operations of the Back Office Services Activity (BOSA).
He/she should have the following minimum qualifications: -

• Holder of diploma in Co-operative Management.
• Must be computer literate.
• Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar Organization.
• Should be at least 25 -35 years of age.
• Diploma in Credit Management will be an added advantage.

4. Administration Assistant
Reporting to the General Manager, he/she will be responsible for Administration and Secretarial duties, clerical work and other office duties.
He/she should have the following minimum qualifications: -

• Holder of diploma in Secretarial.
• Must be computer literate.
• Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Should be at least 25 – 35 years of age.

5. Customer Care Assistant
Reporting to the Customer Care Officer, he/she will be assisting the Customer care officer in attending to Members queries.
He/she must have the following minimum qualifications: -

• Holder of diploma in public relations.
• Must be computer literate.
• Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar Organization.
• Must be at least 25 – 35 years of age.
• Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.

6. Teller
The officer will be reporting to the Front Office Services Activity (FOSA) supervisor and will be responsible for daily operations in the Front Office Services Activity.
He/she should have the following minimum qualifications: -

• Holder of diploma in Banking or Co-operative management.
• CPA part 1.
• Should have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Must be computer literate.
• Mean grade of C+ in K.C.S.E.
• Should be at least 25 – 35 years of age.
