Minimum Qualifications
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- A Bachelors Degree in Land Economics or similar qualifications from a recognized University.
- A Masters Degree in Marketing or an MBA (Strategic Planning) will be an added advantage.
- 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
Major Duties and responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO/Director on all strategic matters involving business development
- Preparing and defending strategic budgets for business development initiation
- Lead and manage line managers in achieving set goals, targets and company objectives.
- Devising competitive strategies for business growth and market share retention.
- Formulate, interpret and implement company policies
- Promoting business growth
- Initiating new streams of business
- Continuous train, mentor and motivate his/her the entire company workforce.
- Ensure good relationship between clients and the company.
- Undertaking, Studying and sharing market intelligence
- This is a senior post and the occupant reports to CEO/Director and works in close relationship with other senior colleagues.
- In charge of line managers, marketing and sales executives.
- Ensuring their training needs and motivational courses are undertaken in a timely manner.
- Undertake appraisals and periodic reviews of staff under his/her docket and make appropriate recommendations.
