We are seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Officer with the following qualifications:

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in sales & Marketing
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Over 3 years Sales experience in meat and meat products industry.
• Pro-active and motivated self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
• Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
• Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly dependable, disciplined and self motivated
• Track record of success and integrity.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility will be to create market for meat, meat products and by-products, starting with Nairobi and moving to other areas.

• Developing sales strategies and setting targets to grow sales.
• Lead a team of Sales representatives in sales and relations management
• Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
• Build referral and lead generation network.
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
