- Experience in a leadership role or a capacity and ability to develop in this key role.
- Preferably a degree in Early Childhood Education
- More than 5 years of teaching experience, and some in a British National or International curriculum school.
- Understanding of modern pedagogy
- Highly motivated, a team player and good organisational skills.
- A role model and to lead by example
- A degree in education
- More than 3 years of teaching experience, and some gained in a British National or International Curriculum school.
- A passion for teaching and understanding of modern pedagogy.
- A good all-round general educationalist with excellent English language skills.
- A team player with good people skills.
