CA Global Africa recruitment is currently looking for a General Manager (GM)/Head of Retail Banking Products for East Africa (based in Kenya).
The responsibilities of the job holder include:
Formulation and execution of strategic agenda for assigned product portfolio (Retail Banking Product or Wealth Management).
The role encompasses innovation, conception, development and enhancement of product and its ancillary services tailored across segments.

Specifically, it entails delivery of;
- product contribution
- Product packaging including bundled propositions as per segment needs
- E2E delivery model i.e. process TAT and Quality
- On going portfolio optimization
- Vendor/Business Alliances Management
The successful candidate must have;
- Local market knowledge and experience
- Experience working and developing products possibly in an international bank environment
- All round experience in retail banking in a small to medium sized bank
