Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Reporting to the Executive Director, the position will be responsible for offering administrative, operational and clerical support.
1 Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

1 Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- To generate correspondence, reports and other documents
- To maintain and accurately update office files
- To distribute mails in a timely manner
- To take minutes at the meetings
- To coordinate repairs of office equipment
- To manage the Executive Director’s diary
Operations Support
- To maintain confidential records and files at all times
- To maintain records of decision
- To oversee payment of suppliers
- To prepare documents and reports using the computer
- To update and manage office information systems
Receptionist services
- To answer phone calls and take messages
- To receive and assist clients
- To make direct calls and respond to enquiries
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
2. Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
- Formal training in accounting, preferably CPA II will be an added advantage
Desirable
- Ability to organize time, manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and resolve routine problems independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Kiswahili
3. Relevant Job Experience
- Two (2) years experience in office administration
4. Remuneration
- Salary is between kshs 15,000 – 20,000.
