The Role:
In accordance with Company’s plans and directive of the Business Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager Export will perform the following duties, functionally/ operationally:
- Ascertain and ensure A/F availability for sales at appropriate location in consultation with the Warehousing Manager.
- To respond to all enquiries and to prepare A/F offers to customers in response to their enquiries.
- Prepare A/F sales contracts in accordance with the price, quantity, and product finalized with the Business Manager.
- Overseas the execution of sales orders to the complete customer satisfaction.
- Constant study and awareness of export markets.
- Execution of the daily, weekly and monthly Sales & Marketing plan and to report immediately to the Business Manager, in case of any deviation.
- Develop & implement business strategy for market segment.
- Develop & implement technical strategy to support sales effort ensuring creation of value at customers.
- Product portfolio management.
- Price & profitability management.
- Customer relationship, development of key customer contacts.
- Management of agreed Key Accounts.
- Report writing, competitor analysis, and maintenance of key customer contacts.
· Generate periodical Sales & Marketing and Export reports.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
