Our Client, a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Contact Center firm is looking for a Trainer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Planning departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems;
- Team building
- Evaluating training and development programmes;
- Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
- Helping junior trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
- Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses;
- Increasingly, having an understanding of e-learning techniques;
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization;
- Producing training materials for in-house courses; identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.
- Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;
- Planning and coordinating training, including inductions for new staff;
- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
- Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming increasingly important;
- Report on conversion percentage of employees post training
- Conduct monthly project meetings with team leaders with Minutes, Action Points and Resolutions.
