Summary: We are a group of companies headquartered in Kampala but with operations in various industry sectors the East African region. We have recently made a significant investment in Dar es Salaam Tanzania where we are venturing into the highly lucrative fresh fruit juices market that is only enhanced by the East Africa Community common market.
Description: This position gives you a clean slate on which to draw a sales and marketing strategy for the East African region. Your core deliverables will be brand awareness levels, increased volumes and ultimately, increased sales. We will be expecting you to develop a distribution model that optimizes route to market and to develop and implement an appropriate marketing and communication strategy that builds the company and and the brands profiles.
Requirements: We are looking for graduates of business with a marketing and or sales professional qualification. You will also have five years experience in the fmcg sector; experience in the highly competitive soft drinks industry and exposure to the East African market is highly desirable. You will also have managed a team of sales and marketing staff for at least two years with proven positive results. We will be interested to see how your strategies in the past have paid off, so please include your achievement in your application.
