Job Summary - Key Tasks in the Job
- Has full accountability for defined areas of activity, as a leader of project/sub-projects
- Leads the project team, allocating and monitoring tasks, integrating activities with project team, motivating staff and appraising individual performance.
- Ensures that all stakeholders are kept fully appraised of project status, time and cost at all times according to the communications plan
Academic and professional qualification
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree /Bachelor of Science/Information Technology
- Prince 2 Practitioner
- PMBOK(PMI USA)
Experience and Knowledge
- A minimum of 4 years relevant programme management experience is required.
- Incumbent should have experience in managing projects across boundaries
- Report writing & Executive presentations
- Planning methods and techniques
- Knowledge and Understanding of the Insurance Industry
- Knowledge of Business and Systems Procedures, Rules and Processes
- Broad information technology knowledge and discipline specific knowledge
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycles' processes
- Financial Analysis and Interpretation.
