As a result of the achievement of rapid growth and expansion, we seek
to fill the following positions:
ASSISTANT FLEET ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS
Key Functions of the Job
• Assist the fleet administration officer with the day to day
administration
• Data entry and analysis into the vehicle management database
• Deal with insurance replacements
• Deal with the insurance on accident notification, and claim costs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Diploma in Information Technology
A university Degree will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Packages
Experience:
Three years and above in a similar position in a busy automotive based
organizations.
Skills & Abilities
The ideal candidate should:
• Have Unquestionable integrity and confidentiality;
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Basic reading, writing, computer and arithmetic skills required.
• Knowledge of fleet management processes, procedures, and
technology.
• Time management skills, ability to prioritize work and achieve
deadlines
• Strong IT skills
MOTORVEHICLE MECHANICS/ELECTRICIANS
Key Functions of the Job
• Install workshop facility machinery.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on company motor
vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair company motor vehicles machinery and
equipment.
• Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job
Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
• Communicate with operators from other shifts.
• Maintain and secure work tools.
• Clean and maintain work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Grade 1
Proficiency in MS Office Packages will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Three years and above in a similar position in a busy automotive based
organizations.
Grade 1- over five year’s experience
Skills & Abilities
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, blueprints and
schematics
• Manual dexterity required for carrying out repairs as required
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
• Ability to repair and maintain a wide range of motor vehicles
• Ability to operate required tools in a safe and responsible manner
Successful candidates will be expected undergo a stringent vetting
exercise that includes integrity testing.
