Reporting to the General Manager, and responsible for growing the Company’s sales volumes, distribution and profitability in accordance with agreed business plans and objectives.

- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies.
- Develop annual marketing plan for the general trade outlets.
- Provide regular reports on market trends as required.
- Maintain debt control at an acceptable level.
- Manage, develop and motivate sales representatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in a business related field. A Master Degree in business is an added advantage
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in fast moving consumer goods company
- Proven managerial skills and experience with a large team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
