Compfix Data Limited is a fast growing data service company that provides its clients with various data management solutions. We are seeking to recruit a Product Manager who will be responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Organize and implement client relations including i.e. client satisfaction surveys and client development activities
- develop and implement marketing plans for the product
- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
- manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Required experience and knowledge
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in product or in brand or product management in a highly competitive environment, of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory position
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be innovative and creative and have excellent communication skills
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
8. Must possess good negotiation and decision making skills
- relevant product and industry knowledge
- experience with relevant software applications
